If it was all motivation and not particular strengths that certain coaches teach wouldn't there be a gluttony of good coaches out there? The better coaches see different things in different kids and teach them what fits their particular skill set best. The basics are the basics but some coaches have different techniques they teach. Not every technique is taught by every coach and so on. Every coach has their own particular and unique style and that's what separates the best from the rest. Its not all motivation kids that work harder than others.

Take our wrs for example. The NFL scouts last year raved at how advanced and technically sound our wrs were at running the full pro route tree while the TAM coaches got raked over the coals for basically teaching Mike Evans nothing. I'm quite sure the TAM coach knows the route tree. He just didn't teach it. Henry did and stressed it.
