Did his dunk hurt us in any way? Ok then. Be a fan. Let jones discipline him in practice. As a fan, enjoy it because nothing negative came from it.

And it's not like Martin has never done that and just decided to try it in the game. He knew he could do it so he did it. And he made it easy.

You can't justify that. It's a reflection on Martin and a reflection on Johnny Jones.

Yeah he can.....Jarell has done this before

It didn't hurt.

I'm not trying to discipline him.

I'm just offering my opinion that it was stupid and it showed something about Martin and Jones' ability to prevent something like that from happening.

I know it hurts your feelings. But, that is my opinion.

Lol it doesn't hurt my feelings. Makes me feel sorry for you that as a LSU fan you can't even enjoy such a sick dunk like that. You sound like a very miserable person who has forgotten why sports are supposed to be fun and entertaining to watch.

Biggest boom I've ever seen +1000000000 great rebuttal posting that link. Completely makes everyone look like an arse who says he shouldn't have tried it. He knew 100% he would make that between the legs dunk and look what it did for the team at that moment. One of the most incredible decisions and plays Martin has made in his career to try that dunk in that moment.

You win. You get the last word.

I'll stick with my opinion that in a must win situation against an inferior team, at home, in a tie game, you don't want a player going between the legs on the dunk.

Moneyg is a fool. Anyone look at the link posted in this thread of Martin doing that same dunk in high school in a game understands why Martin had every right to try that dunk in the game today.

He doesnt like when LSU gets attention I guess. Because you know that run sparked my martins dunk will be hyped for days on SECN and ESPN. He's a negatiger let him be.

If he's done the same dunk repeatedly in several game situations without ever screwing it up, why are you still so concerned about it?

Florida had come back and LSU needed a bucket badly.

That's the kind of stuff that fires a team and crowd up. There was no problem with a little showboating to get everyone back in it.

But to pass the ball through the legs was just plain dumb. Could have easily fricked up and lost the ball with no points.

Guess what he didn't do.
