Weekly mileage prior to the onslaught of snow was about 20-25. Longest run has been a half marathon and that was about 2 weeks ago. But like I said, the snow has really screwed me up. I haven't really been able to run due to the snowy/icy/ball-snapping cold so I've only gotten a couple 5ish mile runs in since then.

What I would do is look to add about 2 miles a week to your current weekly mileage...something like this


7 weeks out - 25 miles/week with long run of 13 mi
6 weeks out - 27 mi/week with long run of 15 mi
5 weeks out - 29 mi/week with long run of 17 mi
4 weeks out - 30 mi/week with long run of 20 mi
3 weeks out - 30 mi/week with long run of 21 mi
2 weeks out - 25 mi/week with long run of 12-14 mi
1 week out - 20 mi/week with long run of 6-8 mi
Race week - a couple of runs, all easy pace with some race pace intervals mixed in there. Keep your legs fresh by 2-3 runs of maybe 2-4 miles
