How many times has an incident like this happened in the past before cell phone video cameras , and it was just passed off as the cop doing their job and the criminal was resisting .... Cops have to understand that we are in a new age with new technology, and they better start acting like they are trained to instead of like barbarians with badges
The kid is not without fault, he should of been arrested , but not beaten

yep, the kid isn't blameless but that doesn't excuse the cops actions like the bootlickers want.
