I have a couple of rentals. Plan on managing them myself until I get to 5. I get tempted to have someone else do it when every so often they come open and I have to show them or everything breaks in all of them all at once. Push through and check out how much time you are spending over the course of a year. Usually not that bad. Time is spent on the front end... Usually.
