When I was a little kid (probably 8 or 10), I was at a Westbank parade. A dude on a float handed me a plastic Mardi Gras cup with 3 or 4 small bottles of liquor in it. My dad just laughed it off and took it from me. People these days are too effing thin skinned.

So what are the ramifications for this if found guilty by the investigation? Were they already full of piss or something?
