My son (6) really likes the Hulk and the Agents of Smash.

My son who is 6 also love the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Animated Adventures book. Sadly, they can't just pick up the main Marvel or DC titles like we used to as kids because of the adult content now.
But, both DC and Marvel do make an entire line of kid friendly books also. Marvel has books called Marvel Universe Ultimate Spider-man, Marvel Universe Avengers Assemble and Marvel Universe Guardians of the Galaxy. DC has Batman Adventures, Scooby Doo, Teen Titans Go and Looney Tunes. I believe those are the current books available in the latest Diamond previews. IDW also offers books like the aforementioned TMNT, Angry Birds, My Little Pony, Littlest Pet Shop, Samurai Jack and Skylanders to name a few.
