The mid 90s??

Lmao

The Catholic league has like 1 title in 5A ever.
And isn't Curtis like 17-4 all-time against the Catholic league?

Preliminary District alignments have Curtis in with the Catholic League. That would be really fun to see play out.

That is pretty disingenuous and you know it. But what else can you expect from a crap stirrer.

You might want to check your facts before calling someone out. Catholic league won 1 5A championship in their history. The last 2 years was Division 1.

Ouachita is not playing up like Evangel and JC. Their enrollment numbers have them placed in 2a just like Country Day and others. They are now a 2a enrollment school with the new numbers for the next two seasons.

Considering they have like half the field in Div 1, I would hope they would win the state championship.

Im not talking about football. Glory days as a whole in the big 3. Overall. They know attendance is down at schools like Rummel, Shaw and St Aug. Shaw and St Aug were dominant basketball programs in the mid to late 90's into the 2000s. St Aug won like 3 titles in the 90s. Shaw & Brother Martin both won 2, and Jesuit even won a state title..

Shaw was also once a top tier baseball program.

Jesuit & Rummel were 2 of the top 3-4 baseball teams in the state year in and year out. Both are still decent, but Rummel has half the number of boys than what they did back then.

Yea, Curtis' excuse was always "we wouldnt be able to compete in the other sports.". ... , now that it has weakened, and they've racked up football titles against nobodies, i guess they figured its a great time to move up overall.

I seem to remember a catholic league school whoopin some Curtis arse for a state title last year. I am glad they moved up: now we'll get to see them exposed to regular arse whippin sessions week in week out now at the hands of Jesuit, Rummel, Aug etc.

One of the weakest Curtis teams in years lost the state championship by 3. Hardly an arse whooping.
