A lot of plugs go 100K.
I got a 135K on my original 4.6 F150 spark plugs. I bought replacements at about 90K and planned to install them when the gas mileage started dropping off. Still rolling on OEM.

100k is a conservative interval with OEM double platinum or iridium plugs. I pulled a set that had almost 200k on them and they had only eroded maybe 15 thousandths over spec on the worst ones.
