I feel like there are tons of options tonight.

Augustin will probably be owned by everyone in 50/50s, the way he's played lately, you can't miss a near min guy with 40+ potential, he's gone over 40 in 3 of his last 5 games on the site I play.

Westbrook is another must at PG if KD is out. I'll probably take both PGs, and I won't gain any ground at this position, but it alleviates the risk of losing a lot of points by going contrarian, which is pointless in a 50/50 IMO.

Whiteside will also get heavy ownership.

Other guys I like are Motiejunas, he's been very consistent lately.

At SG/SF, I have 3 guys in line for my final 2 spots, Hayward/Kawki/Tyreke. I like all 3, Tyreke is probably a lock. Hayward has high upside, but is a bit inconsistent, and Kawhi has looked good but could get limited minutes if there is a blowout. I'll probably steer clear of Hayward just because he's going up against MEM.

Brandon Bass is a guy who I haven't wanted to roster his last 2-3 games, but it's tough to pass up, because he'll give you enough value and at his price, it allows you more flexibility elsewhere.

DFS basketball is a cruel bitch. Last week I could do no wrong, stayed in the money. This week everything I touch turns to shite.

I just don't trust Augustin. There's a reason why he's been a journeyman. Every time I've used him he's been a dud. Every time I don't use him he goes ham. Same thing with Amir Johnson. With Augustin I'll probably just wait for another bad game then jump on him.

Anyways, here are some of my early thoughts, these are based on the GPP format; I'm liking the upside of some of the backup SGs tonight, namely Thornton and Meeks, as both of those teams are on the second of back-to-backs and should be going a little deeper into their benches. Those are strictly value picks though. I like Pierce vs ATL as the Wizards tend to lean on him more vs good teams.

I think the opposite of Heyward, shel. His usage rate is excellent and there's really not many other options around him. Burks is out and Burke is in and out of the starting lineup. His consistency is not great but it's not horrible. He's one of those that's consistently underrated because of the flashy options at his position like Lebron and KD.

At PF, going with Randolph and Pau Gasol. I don't want to roster Whiteside at C but I will have to for at least one roster because of the matchup.

Rose is only $100 more than Augustin. Drose has treated me well this season.

Haven't looked hard at the player pool tonight but, if I can find a few good cheap options, I'll go Westbrook AND AD in my GPPs on Draftkings. Westbrook without KD (who has already been ruled out for tonight) is always a must play, imo, and AD has averaged something like 65 fantasy points against OKC this season in two meetings.

I'll be studying up on some cheap options like OJ Mayo & Dudley vs the Lakers tonight. OJ had 5 straight games with over 26 fantasy points until his last game (he was on pace to do it again in his last game but got ejected early). Dudley has been over 26-plus in three straight with his added minutes. Both can be had on Draftkings for around $4500.

I like Kevin Martin too against Miami. On Draftkings he is $5500 salary.

And I like Jonas Valanciunas as a cheaper center tonight VS Brooklyn. He has 30-plus points in three out of last four games and has averaged 32 against the Nets in their two meetings so far this season.
