My grandpa fought in WWII and has told me stories about these camps. He told me there were different kinds of camps like labour, concentration and extermination, etc. He spent a lot of time in Poland where there were a lot of extermination camps. He didn't go into detail but he said it was the saddest most horrific thing he's ever seen. According to you my grandfather is a liar. I'll never trust him again!

Same argument is always used, but, Do you know what they saw?, Do you know what their mental state was at that moment? Do you know what they were told by their "superiors", can you imagine yourself in such situation, watching old creepy buildings and being told that millions died there gassed to death by the evil nazis? of course you would believe every word, we are only human, and we tend to believe what our "superiors" tell us.
