put everyone back together and change the way they count enrollment.
To level the playing field, you'll have to count the students differently. They need to make the select school kids count as more. But don't force the selects to play up, let the publics play down. So they should just agree, or compromise I guess, to take the public school enrollment and only count 60% of it, or 3/5 if you like fractions.

I am puzzled, and I know you can answer this...
Why can't the privates play in a public league? I know St Stan OLA and St John's in MS are allowed to and do so by choice.
I also know that they are counted as 2 to 1 for students. Also they count from 6th grade up.
