at 19, you will need to either join the band, a greek organization, multiple campus organizations, or a religious organization.
for bars, pickins will be slim until you turn 21. Barcadia (after it opens), Reggies (for getting shitfaced and hitting on freshmen), Mike's (for free drink Fridays), Mellow (for trivia), The Varsity (for concerts), and Spanish Moon for obscure bands.
once you turn 21, you cn go to Bogies or downtown for clubbing, the bulldog (for pint night), Chelsea's, and Radio Bar

Live on campus for your first year, rush, meet friends, whatever your preference, but you and some buddies get you a cheap place off campus sometime in your sophomore year.
Don't ever pass up a piece of pussy. That will be one less piece you will look back on and never get.
Don't settle down with a girl until your senior year.
Don't stress yourself with finishing early, summer classes and shite like that. Take a victory lap (5th year) if necessary. Don't sweat it, you won't regret it.
Never schedule super early classes. You will be going out on Tue and Thursday nights (mid week) so remember this when scheduling.
Go To Class!!! I can't stress that enough. That is 80% of the battle. Do this and you won't ever have to worry about fighting bad grades.
