Are you actually a body builder? No, then why are you wasting your time on such a small group of muscles?
I can understand major arm work if you are reaching a plateau on a big lift. If that is the case then hit the pull-ups and dips. Other than that you are getting great arm work during big compound exercises.

I agree. Targeting arms is pretty dumb unless you're a body builder. Arms get enough work if you're doing the right lifts.
