Well I sure as frick am not gonna eat before a 0430 workout so you can suck it

I don't feel good when I try to work out on an empty stomach. I need to at least eat a banana and drink some water. Protein shake + banana is good. I usually eat 1/2 cup oatmeal and a few eggs for breakfast. If I'm doing cardio I can't eat that much, though, or I get sick.
