For those of you that have replied to this thread, how many of you have kids?

Kids have destroyed what daily routine I used to have.

I do not.

I'm actually not even that much of a workout junkie (in probably the skinniest person on this board). But the benefits I feel of waking up and working out at that time make for one hell of a productive day. It takes some getting use to.

This was the main reason for me to start working out in the morning. I work out before my child wakes up.
