Absolutely none. Work hard here, continue to improve and learn how to become a better QB and leader, and his future is extremely bright. Going to a JUCO would slow his progress. The only thing it would offer him is that he could play next year instead of sitting out but he'd still have to transfer and compete with established guys at any halfway decent school. The coach is being really short-sighted.
