I read that as Apple sold more iPhones in the last quarter than all TV manufacturers sold TVs in the last quarter FWIW.

Which makes sense. A ton of people upgrade when the new model comes out. I've bought 6 iPhones new since I bought my last TV. My wife has bought a few uses ones to replace what she broke in that time as well.
