Don't be surprised...

The coaches probably have a handle on where he wants to go. Brossette is a good kid and Im almost positive he won't screw the coaches over.
Even though he's "committed" to LSU right now, if he flips..it won't be a shocker to the staff like Toshiro Davis.

After living in Alabama for seven years, only a Bama Law or MBA hold weight. To say a degree from auburn carries no weight is dumb. Auburn grads average a higher salary in state when compared to their UA grads.

I don't think he leaves his mom.

This is big time college football ... I'm sure some Texas alum can find a way for him to relocate his Mom if that's what he really wants.

Maybe...but after meeting a few Aggies I have to wonder if they just give out degrees to any buffoon who can get in.

Just poking fun at Auburn.
Point is, the LSU education is not very highly regarded.
Schools use it against us and will continue to do so.
People frequently post here that theywant to increase our recruiting budget, but I don't think I've ever seen a post expressing concern about the schools overall finances or the quality of an LSU education.
Why can't we get behind that notion, as well?

The people I know with LSU degrees have done very well and I know of none that feel they should have gone elsewhere.

All the degree talk is pointless if you aren't mentioning the programs. I can assure you that 90 percent of Liberal Arts degrees are the same no matter where you go.

At Auburn, you get a degree if you wear shoes.
This is one reason we have a hard time recruiting out west .
Even if this is half true, how many players really care?
Most of these guys aren't graduating in engineering.
I've never sean anyone compare schools when hiring. If you're talking ivy league, then yeah. 90% of degrees it makes zero difference.

You are wrong, Srbtiger.
It DOES make a difference to a lot of us who read resumes and make hiring decisions.
And, it makes a difference for some recruits.
We've lost recruits b/c of this.
Recruiting smart players is not a bad thing.

not for me or anyone else I've met. The person leaves a larger impression than the degree. If you're talking Harvard vs LSU vs Delgado then sure. Outside of that I'm interviewing a person, not a university.

I'll never understand this......what is he waiting until NSD for? He's already made a commitment, so if he waits until NSD to flip, then yes, it is disrespectful. If he he is unsure, then decommit and wait until NSD to make an official commitment.

nitwit, do you think that a landscape architecture grad or a sports management grad or a mass comm grad or a creative writing grad from LSU are behind an A&M or bama grad? Degrees are and should be weighted by the school that granted them secondarily to the strength of the program. For instance, a UT-El Paso and a UAB degree may not be considered particularly esteemed in most subjects, but both have legitimately solid biological science programs. If you wanna major in interior design, go to bama. If you wanna major in engineering or experimental vet medicine, go to A&M. But there are lots of degrees from LSU that hold decent weight amongst employers.

I'm really hope he sticks, he's not the fastest but he has some of best feet in this class which all great RB have...reminds me of Bell from Pittsburgh, think this kid can be special.
