1 and 1/2 year old femaile yellow lab that is in her kennel during the day (because I'm at work and she can't be trusted to not chew up EVERYTHING). I try to run with her 2-3 days per week, but it makes no difference, she is still full of energy and chews everything in sight. I feed her Blue Buffalo adult food and she is up on her shots, heartworm meds. Anybody know of a supplement or drug that would help chill her out?

Run her everyday. Only way I get my lab to behave is to tire his arse out, and that takes consistent exercise - 30 minutes a day usually at least.

There's your problem.

She's just young and you aren't exercising her enough. She needs it every single day.

Try this method: LINK

Seriously, buy a bunch of tennis balls. Throw until your arm falls off or until dog collapses. Repeat until dog gets old.

If you are running her on leash, try and find a place where you can take her off leash and let her run around as much as she wants. I take my german shorthairs to either the local dog park, or a field to let them run off leash for about 45mins-hour every day after I'm done working with them on retrieving.

Swimming will also wear her out big time.

Go find where people run jog etc in your area find a hot arse chick that's a runner don't stalk her but you can tell the pace they keep and the weather if it's shitty weather and she is running boom!
We now call her a dog sitter give her your key she comes and gets your dog each day ( real runners run every damn day) she runs her every day you will have a very trainable & well behaved dog. For only a few bucks best money ever spent.
