Blacks comprise 40% of Louisiana yet they are ALL lumped into ONE category. The 55% of whitesin Louisiana are dispersed into about FIVE ethnicities (English, German, Italian, French etc.)

Ahhhhh. That seems a bit racist, considering both Europe and Africa are comprised of differet countries?

Yes, this. Though I don't think blacks are quite 40% of Louisianans.
