Why do you need hot water in 2 beds?
If it's only giving you 10 minutes of water, it's probably full of sediment.

Could be this. Try draining it from bottom valve, you will need to open pressure release valve and need to turn off water supply. After it drains, turn on water supply and let it fill up, repeat drain process. Keep doing until sediment stops coming out.
