Having the worst quarterback play in the history of your school and not making a change either because you won't or because you haven't a better alternative is the definition of hot seat.

Cameron has been LSU OC for exactly one recruiting cycle. What better alternative was he supposed to invent?
Jamarcus Russell was not the QB in 2004 that he was in 2006.
Matt Flynn was not the QB in 2005 that he was in 2007.
Zach Mettenberger was not the QB in 2011 that he was in 2013.
Proper QB development takes years. I would love to know the alternative that you'd like to bring in who would be better prepared to develop ours than the guy who mentored George freakin' Whitfield.
