My issue with Cam is he recruits these spread offense duel threat qb's and tries to mold them into Phillip Rivers or Joe Flacco. Here's a hint Cam, nobody runs a pro style offense in high school. Power high schools run the veer (Curtis, wm, Acadiana) or they run the spread. he needs to adapt his offense to the players he recruits or he can take his pro style O somewhere else.

Cam has recruited and developed exactly one QB at LSU.

Are you stupid? Harris can learn a pro style system. He wasn't a running QB in high school. Dude threw for 3500 yards and 37 TDs in only his second year playing football.
He was never going to be ready as a true freshman, that was just it. He was too raw. Go watch Brad Kaaya high school highlights in a spread system, then see him play in Miami's pro style system as a true freshman.
We don't need to abandon the pro style system, we do need Harris to get better though. I would also like to see a 3 receiver set as well.

I see other schools in the SEC recruit and develop qb's with problem. example Alabama, look at Lane Kiffin. He takes Alabama to the playoffs, and legitamentally has a chance to win the game if Alabama's defense could have stopped Ohio states run game. Until I see a change, I expect to see the SOS .
