Who thinks Drew Brees will be asked to take a pay cut in order to make the roster work?

More likely an extension for the same rate or an extension with a pay cut with with more guaranteed $$

He will not be asked. Restructure? Maybe. Pay cut? No chance.

Hell no!

He needs at least a million for each of his kids, what's he up to, 38?

I thought he already addressed this, stating that he would renegotiate his contract when/if it was necessary.

He can only bank on the guaranteed money, so really what difference does it make to him if he gets his millions over 6 years or over 10 years. His point was to have the organization give him a contract that publicly demonstrated their belief and commitment---i.e. highest paid per year blah blah blah
