How to handle/potty train a puppy while at work all day?

So I'm getting a new pup March 9 and I'm concerned about not being at the house much while he's really young and needs to be let out a few times a day. My work commute is about 30/45 min a day, and will do what I can to get back for lunch everyday for at least a couple of weeks. Bringing him to work is not an option unless I just leave him in my truck. What can I do to make sure he gets the right amount of time while I'm gone M-F. What yall think?

Crating is the only answer.
Make sur eto take him out last thing and immediately upon return. He'll get the idea.
It's the only thing you can do.

I crate trained, but I could go home for lunch. After about 4-6 months, she could hold it for the 7-8 hours I was at work, so it wasn't necessary to go home. She now sleeps at the foot of the bed and can hold it for a long time when we sleep in on the weekends. It's only those first few months that are critical. You don't have anyone who could stop in at lunch? I know my cousin had a dog walker for a little while for that reason. Just some young kid in the neighborhood who would let his dog out while he was at work.

That's great that your at least thinking about your dog, bourg
A lot of people just lock them up inside and don't give them two thoughts.

Crate plus home for lunch works fine.

Love you brah, but I think that you made a bad decision to get a dog you can't take care of. I want a dog too, but I'm not getting one because me and wife work all day and can't raise it the way we want. And I live 4 minutes from work.

Only enough room in the kennel to turn around and lay down - if he can make a mess in his kennel and get away from it he will.
