The top two are the Choke at Doak and Bill/Oilers in the '93 wild card round. This wasn't on that level because Green Bay's lead was almost entirely due to Seattle fricking up repeatedly and ultimately their inability to capitalize on the Seahawks' mistakes is why they lost. Green Bay didn't dominate the game, Seattle just didn't bother showing up for the first 3 quarters.

Yankees squandering a 3-0 series lead in the 2004 ALCS. Biggest in my opinion. Choked 4 games in a row
