You have to buy the kit with little sand paper pads, or you could just buy the sand paper on your own. The pads go 800 grit, 1000 grit, 1500, then 2000. You use the 800 grit with water in one direction, then the 1000 in the other, then back to the original direction with the 1500...keep the surface wet. You have to get through all of the pits with the 800 and make sure you go down the same depth everywhere...or at least scuff the whole surface to an 800 grit roughness.

Polish with the ball when you're all done. Takes a long damn time and your hands will hurt, but it works insanely good. Did it to my wife's BMW and they are factory fresh.
