Nah. Frank needs to fall. This show needs to be a trilogy and end it this season. Really hope there's some time jump between this season and the last. Hopefully it's during reelection and then some of the shite comes out on the things he's done. That's the way I think they should handle it at least.

With the popularity they could stretch this out through all of this term and a reelection.

No way this is going to be the last season. Netflix has finally found a way to capitalize on this type of television.
I hope the campaign for re-election is the fourth season. As long as it's quality entertainment, keep the seasons going.
