Hate the cowboys but Jerry Jones is a dumbass. Needs to hire a GM ASAP and he better be a damn good one. Tony Romo is okay IMO. They could have it a lot worse.

Jerry actually is a good GM but don't let facts get in your way.
Stevie was the one that drove it down.
As far as Romo, he will be either 2 or 3 in team history at QB.
