not enough for it to be a football move. He may have stretched it an inch or two forward. Plus this is a judgment call, Mike Pereira who was a former VP of officiating in the NFL, agreed with the call.
Again what is the definition of a stretch? putting your hands out fully while going for a TD or first down, or any move forward of the ball while falling. But what ever, I'm going to side with Pereira on this one.
