re: People and their usernames/passwords

We use ADP for paychecks, and there's an online portal where you can see all your stubs, salary history, and W2s. I log on maybe once or twice a year, usually to get my W2 instead of waiting for it to be mailed. The passwords expire every couple of months, can't use an old one, so without fail I always forget my password every year and have to ask someone in accounting to reset it for me.
