Yes, I think the same crew. Here's the page from back in 2013.
Red River Brewing
I just remember driving out the address listed on the website and it was a wood lot at that time.
I agree that location would be horrible. That location would not have a lot of traffic but if they moved to that part of Viking that will intersect with the road being built for the Kroger Market Place, they might have more success.
All in all, though, I am glad to see more microbreweries opening in Louisiana. For so many years, the offerings were few and far between unless you just wanted Abita.
