This is what happens when we send people to war and expect them to come out fine. The loss of the officer's life was a tragic consequence, but it's ultimately the fault of the United states for failing to care for returning veterans. Executing him was disgusting and cowardly.

This happened 30 years after returning from Viet Nam. Do you believe Brannan knew right from wrong?

You idiot, that was the desperate defense angle trying to get sympathy.
Granted, I don't know much about PTSD, but if it was really triggered here, would he really be making jokes?
