Cleveland isn't going to start tanking or anything. They'll have to be sending out equal value I'd imagine. And future picks won't help Cleveland recover this season. I don't see any matches that make much sense, though.

I mainly meant OKC getting better. But if they're giving up Jackson, i'm not so sure that's the case.
