The powers that be want an upgrade, recruiting wise, from the DC position. Its not that difficult to understand.

That is a good thing IMO. No matter how good your scheme is if you don't have talent to back it up it will suck.

Personally I think Cam is a smart offensive coordinator, but because his QBs can't hit the side of a barn, he was very limited. Plus even though our defense was horrible at times, we still had some good games.

Not saying we shouldn't improve - the CIP thingy. But talent on the D side has been the least of concerns.

Apparently it is - good so we get a DC that recruits but isn't as good with the product on the field.... how does that make sense.

It doesn't.

We need a staff of recruiters, but when it comes to planning for an offense and in game moves, I want the best.

Winning will bring the recruits, in case people can't keep up.
