BAR is the only answer IMO

don't get a jammomatic. I looked at one today for shits and giggles and they SUCK.

I have a 20 year old Rem 7400. Its an OK gun but will never be more than that. Best you can expect to shoot is a 2-2.5 inch group.

Dad just got a brand new BAR longtrac and its a beast. Tack driver.

Dad has an old Remington 742 in .308 that has killed alot of deer.
I only have bolt guns.

I have the Browning Bar in 7mm mag and love it , I have had mine for 16 Years . I had a gun dealer tell me the Bar is the closest to a bolt gun that you can get .

M1a and Browning Bar. Both rifles are just fun to shoot.
