O is a secondary hire, and much better than kevin steele or manny fricking diaz
yeah but I don't think O is a horrible hire as some people make it out to be. He has proven to be a great recruiter and maybe there are some holes in the defense when it comes to play calling but we will still have top talent coming in, which is just as important.

in terms of guys who have never been hired as DC, you're not going to find a guy with a better pedigree than coach O
look at the defensive coaches he's coached under
