Use my duck recipe.
1. Marinate in garbage can
2. Defrost deer meat
3. Enjoy

You kill them with a golf club?

Canada's are tough...literally. Go with gumbo or sausage.

Canada geese are good to eat????? If so, I need to take my baseball bat to my neighborhood pond and get dinner

I either marinade and cook or oven cook and blacken.

On the pit. DO NOT cook past med rare.
Better to cut them into small chunks, put cream cheese and jalapeno on each, wrap with thin bacon, shove a toothpick to hold it together, and grill med rare.
Awesome for poppers/snakcks for many. I would imagine one breast makes about 5-10.
