Don't you have a bunch of real estate interests? Are they all paid off? Might pick up a term policy to pay those off at death and make it easier for your heirs.

Way cheaper than buying life insurance as potential burial insurance: anatomical donation. Donate your body to science, avoid ridiculous funeral costs. The bureau of anatomical services will even transport your body for free if you expire within 200 miles of NOLA. Find out more here: LINK
