What can I serve with New Orleans Barbecue Shrimp?

Making this tomorrow night using the Mr. B's recipe. I know they normally don't serve anything with it other than some bread, which I will have, but I want some kind of veggie as well. Any suggestions?

I'm making BBQ shrimp tomorrow too.

I'm kind of craving tabouli and may have that as the side. Kind of an odd combo, but that's what I want.

I seem to have last minute been roped into hosting NYE party, so I'm brainstorming what to make that is special, but not outrageous.

This might be a good idea. I love to make it.

As for a side, if you're looking veggie instead of grits, I'd definitely go green. Personally, I would do smothered mustard/collard greens. But roasted asparagus could work.

This stuff is damn good. I make it all of the time adding lemon juice and worcestershire to it also
