Meh, if your talented, like him, you'll get playing time and lots of it. He comes, he comes, he doesn't, he doesn't. It is what it is.

Maybe he is another Deonte Grennberry. He was the #4 WR in the country in 2012, and passed up USC, UCLA, Washington, and Bama, to go play at Houston. The guy was from Cali which made it even more mind boggling.

Damn...That is VERY odd.

Are you comparing our down year of 8-4 in the got damn SEC West, to those shitastic records in the little 12? Didn't think you were that damn stupid.

yeah, this may happen sometimes. Rarely. I was called a retard for thinking Speedy was FSU or TAMU lean. The majority of these kids don't troll that much or that hard. That's for places like the Rant; we're projecting ourselves onto them.

I do see the logic in this. But, why can this stand when the logic of being 1 of 7 WRs committed to a school, every year I might add, (e.g. TAMU or TTU) seems not to matter. I can't make sense of that.

So by that logic, shouldn't everyone go to Bama?

If you haven't noticed, everyone kinda does.

But for real, I'd understand if he went to FSU or Oregon. They win and have wide open offenses. But TTU and Okie Lite just have Air Raid offenses. They both suck. So it just kinda shows that Tyron isn't real concerned with anything other than his numbers.

He needs to realize he needs to be in a pro style offense. Just look at the amazingly fast transition Odell and Jarvis have had coming from Cam's system. If he wants to make a ton of money one day, LSU is a good place to start for the NFL.

It helps, but if a receiver is talented enough like TJ could be by the time he goes to the NFL he will play regardless.

I think he is just trolling. He is a 504 guy who wants to stay home. Perhaps because we are recruiting Charlot, Dillon, and Lodge hard too is making him question us, especially when we are already young and deep at WR and are a run oriented offense. I still think our coaches sell him, they are that good! They will use OBJ and Jarvis success to sell him.

is this post about Speedy Noil, Gerald Willis III, or Tyron Johnson?

Not to derail... but there's a big difference between Speedy (we just ASSUMED) and Willis (he led Staff on).

IF Johnoson doesn't come to LSU, it will be similar to Speedy. He was interested in LSU, but when rubber met the road he was more interested in other schools and said so.

He idolizes Beckham and that has helped. His official is Jan. 23rd. If he makes until then without a clear cut 1, we have a good shot.

Speedy was pretty high on TAMU the whole time and I think he just wanted to keep in-state people off his back so he never really disregarded LSU until the last moment.

Beckham Jr is the man right now. The hottest player going right now. And he came to LSU with Jefferson. Johnson can be the next Beckham Jr here and in the NFL. I hope he envisions this! Geaux Tigers! Purple and Gold is his home! Be the man in state.

I know Landry and OBJ had nett but they just finished 1 and 2 in receptions for rookies this year. Tack on Randle, lafell, bowe, shep, and Wright. And the answer should be clear.

Have you heard of Michael Crabtree--who was an All American receiver at Texas Tech, now with the 49ers. But you claim Tech does not put receivers in the NFL!

Not surprised.. Big 12 schools are throwing the ball... LSU still hasn't put together a QB.. not surprised at all. I would have bee surprised had he picked LSU actually
