And numerous people have criticized it. All im saying is in no way does a vertical and broad jump determine explosiveness and agility more than 3 cone drill and shuttle. In football games youre asked to acceleraten slow down, turn and accelerate again just like the 3 cone and shuttle.

I think I've finally figured you out. When you're not getting shite faced on mike' shard lemonades, you reek of a guy that that reads things and can only interpret them in the most literal way possible. You have no concept or understanding of context or how things are actually applied in the real world.

but he did demonstrate explosive skills with his vertical leap, standing broad jump and bench press. I like to add up the three scores; if the score hits 70 or better, you\’ve got an explosive player.
