what kind of baggage does a person with 2 kids have to be forced to work at a BK and fail to get promoted from the very bottom?

I know right.

Literally, all you need to do for promotion is show up on time, follow directions, and not be an a-hole.

You don't need to be smart, ambitious, or even educated... just fricking show up with a smile on your face.

That is way beyond the capabilities of many people. It is sad, really.

He wants $15 to flip burgers and have no responsibilities? His manager probably doesn't make that much and has a harder, more stressful job.
