Instead of people pointing to the defense (which was ranked higher nationally and in the SEC than the offense), why don't we start discussing why the offense wasn't even more productive. If you really think about it, they were historic because they relied on so few players. Those individuals were great, but as a team, we were not a top tier offense with all of that talent.

also they have been historic compared to PAST LSU offenses only, which all offenses today look good compared to past years. When compared to current modern offenses they finished middle of the pack.
