Adam Schefter is a reliable source and he said Harbaugh to UM last time.
Harbaughs agent obviously blows a lot of smoke. Why is it a fire this time? Because local guys are saying it?

I'd say it is different this time because almost all local guys are saying it and getting more confident in it happening, and their confidence growth has coincided with the changing tune of the NFL reporters who for the longest time didn't think there was a chance. Just too much smoke for it not to be happening.
I have been reluctant to buy in because it's seems too good to be true, but I'm about 85% right now confidence that it's actually happening.
