Was working for an American aerospace company in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. His cousin owned the compound we lived on and word had it that he was there hiding out from The Mossad.

I'm working out in the tiny little weight room we had at the sports complex when a dude walks in carrying an Uzi. Asks me if I am alone, replied yes, asks if he can frisk me for weapons, I comply. He walks back to door, gives a nod and in walks this little ,pudgy dude... followed by two more bodyguards armed with Uzi's.
Proceeded to do a few little light lifts here and there, mostly on the Smith machine, and then left to do a few laps in the pool next door.

The entire time he was in there one bodyguard had door security and the other two were watching every move I made, Uzi's at the ready.

That, ladies and gentlemen, makes for one intense workout.
