What? We were not conservative last year. Do you people actually watch the games.
We had more pass attempts than 9 other sec teams and thats with lsu being ranked low in plays per game. JLandry and ObJr both ranked in the top7 in rec. So this notion that we played conservative last year is just false

we threw 38% of our offense plays with Mett, the coveted big armed PRO STYLE QB and Landry and OBJ at wr. We ran on 1st down, we ran on second down, (into stacked defenses), then we passed on 3rd. The runs were mostly all straight ahead dive plays or toss dive. If ever there was a year to open up the play book, that was the year. Didn't happen and we ended up 3rd in our division. We could have easily had an explosive offense but for some reason many of our fanbase are opposed to that.
