Aggies hate me for this, but I actually have a similar opinion of Kyler Murray. I see a lot of red flags when I watch his supposed highlights.

Maybe they're trying to say, "look what we can do with a QB that actually follows the script, a la Josh McCown."

This actually only highlights the incompetence of the coaching staff in Chicago.

I've thought a few times this year that if Chicago had a capable backup Cutler would have been benched mid-game. Never thought they would resort to starting Clausen though. It's amazing he's on a roster.

@ProFootballTalk: Looks like the Bears are protecting Cutler against an injury that would make it harder to cut or trade him in the offseason.

Lol Florio Shefter tweeted Cutler is guaranteed 15.5 mil next year, who the hell is paying that for a QB that was benched for Jimmy Clausen

Yeah I heard them talk about possibly trading him and was like no way anybody would go for that awful contract

Yeah, nobody is taking that contract. Fully guaranteed for 2 more seasons.

I wouldn't be at all surprised if someone is willing to trade for Cutler. Like Florio said they're not benching him because Clausen is better, they just want to keep Cutler healthy.

Who's desperate enough for Cutler in a trade? I'm legit asking?

Oakland and the Jets? Think both teams have the cap space but what are they willing to pay for him? Either way the Bears are going to take a hit.

I'm not saying it will be easy or it's definitely going to happen, but it wouldn't surprise me. A lot of QBs that just aren't very good are getting these big deals lately. I don't know who has the cap space, but aside from Oakland and the Jets, I heard Chris Mortensen mention Arizona, Tennessee, Cleveland and St Louis as potential teams that could be interested.
