This is what I use almost exclusively. I've installed hundreds upon hundreds of these in many $million$ homes. I've never had a complaint. I usually get about $75 for it (not including installation)

I've done a couple flips with these too. Very simple and easy. low profile, clean light, nothing more to ask for..
edit:::i think lowesdepot has a cheaper version which I've been using. same dimensions and color.

The diffusers on those fall off frequently and are a pain in the arse to put back on. Had those in my last house and was the reason I sold it.
